We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased within 30 days, returned in their original condition (unworn, unlaundered, unembellished, in new condition). If items are purchased as a set (i.e. Training pant and jacket), it must be returned as a set. Please try on items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them.

How to Return your Item:
Please complete the return form and include it in your package. It is important to include a copy of your packing slip or original invoice with the return.No media download found.

We suggest that you ship your return package via courier or insured registered mail, to make a note of your receipt and tracking number, in the event that it is delayed or lost in transit. We cannot accept returns that are COD, or marked as “Bill Recipient”.
Please allow for 1-2 weeks from the time that you send your return to receive your refund/ /your exchange order. Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days of arrival. Merchandise returned without an original packing slip/ invoice or outside these Policy Guidelines may take longer to process.
All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, refund the shipping costs.

Due to the intense nature of sports, all items - especially footwear and gloves - will experience normal wear and tear such as: color loss, material wear, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, etc. All equipment may need replacement after a season of play due to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear will begin to show even within the first few uses. This is both normal and expected. These occurrences are common and not indicative of an item's defectiveness (poor workmanship or materials).
Very few items are truly defective. Genuine defects most often reveal themselves within 60 days of purchase. An item's price does not indicate longevity, merely the quality of the materials and technology used in its construction. For this reason you may return a defective item up to 60 days after the date of purchase for and full refund.
